Gluten free? Vegan? FODMAP? Here's our favourite spots across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs

Have you ever been caught out thinking a restaurant would have a vegan, gluten-free or FODMAP-friendly option? Check out our list of some of the best restaurants to check out filled with options for those with dietary restrictions.

Recently, a reader who has recently been informed they have to go on a temporary low-FODMAP diet reached out to ask us where the best FODMAP-friendly restaurants are across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Despite my wife being on a low-FODMAP diet and recently being diagnosed with coeliac disease, I didn’t have a clear idea of where the best places to check out were.

Thankfully, we have a wide reaching team of contributors from across the east I could ask, so here’s a list of some of the restaurants with plenty of gluten-free, FODMAP-friendly or vegan options on the menu.

Did we forget your favourite spot? Please reach out to let us know and we’ll add it to the list.
