400 Gradi

Located at Eastland Shopping Centre in Ringwood, 400 Gradi specialises in Neopolitan pizza cooked at 400 degrees for only 90 seconds with a soft and thin dough spread out in high edges.

The Gradi brand has expanded to a number of other offerings, including Gelateria and dessert bars and a delicatessen. But you need to check out one of the original pizzerias.
